Pedagogy of the Oppressed

A reading group for those fighting fascism!

Hopefully our readings will inspire thoughtful and informed activism.

Join us for our third meeting on Saturday, July 22nd, from 2 to 4 PM. We will discuss Paulo Freire’s Pedagogy of the Oppressed.

Paulo Freire’s Pedagogy of the Oppressed is available for purchase at the Bureau. Please support the Bureau and purchase your copy from us. Thanks!

In our first meeting in April we discussed the first 100 pages of Hannah Arendt’s The Origins of Totalitarianism.

In our second meeting in May we discussed James Baldwin’s Going to Meet the Man.

Questions? Ideas for future readings?
