Pinko Magazine presents an intergenerational community town hall on the history and present of trans survival.
The current anti-trans political climate has left many people feeling apocalyptic. One of the aims of the anti-trans/queer political movement is to destroy intergenerational spaces for queer community. But our community does exist, and it holds wisdom about what we have seen before. This community town hall will bring together discussants from different generations to share what we have seen in the past, what have we done to oppose it, what has worked, what is scaring us, what are we seeing for the first time, and what can be done.
Lou Cornum, a Pinko Magazine editor, will moderate a panel discussion followed by a Q&A.
