Luis Martinez, aka the Art Engineer, reviewed Paul Moreno‘s solo exhibition at the Bureau, which was scheduled to open on Friday, March 13, 202o. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the exhibition was postponed indefinitely, so Martinez based his review on the images Paul Moreno shared with him.
